QuantScan AI ("QSA") is a cryptocurrency market scanning and analytics platform. QSA provides automated scanner outputs, market data visualization, and analytical tools for informational purposes only.

2. Not Financial Advice

QSA is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. All scanner outputs, pattern detections, grades, and analytics are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Past scanner results do not guarantee future performance. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and carry significant risk of loss. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($290/yr) via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@quantscanai.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or resell QSA data. Automated access beyond normal usage is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

QSA shall not be liable for any trading losses, damages, or financial harm resulting from use of the platform. You trade entirely at your own risk.
