How does billing work?
Pro is $29/month or $290/year. Annual billing is 2 months free — effectively $24/mo. Cards are charged through Stripe; you'll see "QUANTSCAN AI" on your statement.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account dashboard with one click — no email required, no retention call. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel before the next renewal. Annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 14 days. Email support@quantscanai.com.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — upgrade from monthly to annual any time and we'll credit the unused portion. Downgrades from annual to monthly take effect at the next renewal.
Do I need a credit card to start free?
No. The free tier requires only an email. No card, no trial timer, no dark patterns.
What happens to my account if I downgrade?
You drop to the free tier — the 4 core scanners stay unlocked, your watchlists and settings are preserved, and Pro-only scanner outputs are hidden until you reactivate.
